- Cat enquiries — your name and contact details, plus any photo, link or description you send us.

- Availability updates — your email address only.
We also record the IP address a submission came from, which helps us deal with spam and abuse.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to assess your adoption application, to match you with a suitable Maine Coon, and to contact you about availability if you asked us to. We do not use your information for anything else.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in this website's database and are visible only to our own staff through a password protected admin area. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Uploaded images
Photos you upload through the Find a Maine Coon form are stored on this website's server so our team can view them alongside your enquiry. Only upload images you are comfortable sharing with us.
How long we keep it
Applications and enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for placing cats and for any follow up afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Cookies
This site sets a single session cookie, which keeps forms working correctly and keeps administrators signed in. It carries no advertising or tracking purpose.
